Tile Or Carpet Installers Leads And Helpers

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced tile installer to join our team as a lead installer. In addition we are also looking for two helpers to assist with various tasks on job sites.

Responsibilities for the lead installer include:

Overseeing and managing all aspects of tile installation projects

Ensuring high quality workmanship and attention to detail

Training and supervising helpers on job sites

Communicating with clients and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications for the lead installer position include:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in tile installation

Extensive knowledge of different types of tile and installation techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans

Strong leadership and communication skills

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities for the helper positions include:

Assisting with prepping surfaces for tile installation

Mixing and applying mortar and grout

Cutting and shaping tiles to fit specific spaces

Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment

Following lead installers instructions and completing tasks in a timely manner

Qualifications for the helper positions include:

Previous experience working in construction or a related field

Willingness to learn and take direction from lead installer

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time
