Unit Profiles: The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location number of beds patient rations and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Weekends: Shifts available General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 22 OR s ; Not a trauma hospital Number of Staff 80 Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge 3 RN 2 CNA and 13 sitters) Staff to run 22 OR s. One team in house at all times. o Night Shift 1 Team in house 24/7 Patient Ratios 1:1 Type of equipment Robotics Cardiac Vascular Neuro Spine Oncology Orthopedics Plastics Urology GYN EMR Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable (Y/N) Y; surgical technicians Night Shift Weekend Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters) CST s and RN night weekend Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Certification is a MUST for CST s Neuro/Spine experience For Cardiac Service line MUST have CARDIAC experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Multiple service lines; ortho neuro general robotic List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Appy s Chole s Spine fusion Total Joints Crani s Mastectomies DIEP Flaps Best personality Fit: Flexible team work selfdirected positive Dress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable attire.
