Ensuring system security: The engineer should be wellversed in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect enduser computing systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Troubleshooting and problemsolving: The engineer should be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to enduser computing systems either independently or by collaborating with other IT professionals.
Managing system updates and patches: The engineer should be responsible for ensuring that enduser computing systems are uptodate with the latest patches and updates to maintain optimal performance and security.

To qualify for this role a Senior End User Computing Engineer should possess a relevant bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field along with several years of experience in enduser computing engineering. Strong communication problemsolving and leadership skills are also essential for this role.
