Position Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer data identifying trends and providing insights to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer success metrics.
- Conduct regular reviews of customer feedback and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and product development to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer success processes and best practices.
- Provide analytical support for customer success initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role preferably in a customer success or customer service environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize and analyze large amounts of data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
