Job Description
As a Social Media Intern at ZoopNews for 3 months youll play a crucial role in expanding our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. Youll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness drive traffic to our website and foster meaningful interactions with our followers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and curate compelling content for ZoopNewss social media channels including Facebook Twitter Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish posts to ensure consistent and timely updates on all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Respond to comments messages and inquiries from followers in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for social media and a deep understanding of popular platforms including Instagram Facebook Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Relevant degree program (e.g. Marketing Communications Journalism) preferred but not required.
- Must follow ZoopNews on Instagram (@myzoopnews) and demonstrate an understanding of our brands voice and style.
