Job Description
Elite Staffing Network is seeking a full time Chiropractic Assistant in support of Sports Medicine SMART Clinics at the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune NC.

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8.5 9 or 10 hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm with 30 minute or 1 hour lunch.
No weekend or holidays.
Job Specific Details and Tasks: The duties for the HCW include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare treatment areas for incoming patients.
- Administer complex specialized supportive physiotherapy treatment in areas such as ultrasound electrotherapy and therapeutic hot/cold and therapeutic exercise in support of chiropractic treatments in the clinic in a safe and medically accepted manner as directed by the supervisor.
- Instruct and supervise patient exercise programs.
- Report unusual patient treatment response or hazardous or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor immediately.
- Documents patient history reported subjective symptoms care interventions provided response to interventions observations and patient education in the electronic health record as directed by the provider and according to established protocols. Reports any abnormalities to the provider immediately.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: Certificate. Attend a formal training program as a chiropractic assistant nursing assistant physical therapy assistant operating room technician or other similar medically related support type occupation.
* Experience: One year of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or similar position after graduation.
* Life Support Certification: Current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
* Security: Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
