Generic Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Role Desc
The IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with the Business Process Architects Business Analysts and driving the applications roadmap and functional & solutions design. He/she will lead and take complete functional ownership of the deliverables and partner with the Process and Technical teams on requirements design development testing and deployment of capabilities to production. The right candidate will have a functional understanding of the Supply Chain Manufacturing Logistics Fulfillment and Order Management domains.
The IT Business Systems Analyst will focus primarily on Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain space. Specific areas of responsibilities include:
- Participate influence and drive cross functional initiatives and enhancements in the Supply Chain Manufacturing Logistics and Fulfillment domains.
- Work with business partners process architects and/or super users to facilitate functional requirements for prioritized service changes.
- Analyzes data metrics logs or other information from the supporting applications to understand the functional requirements and assess the potential impact of changes.
- Partner with stakeholders on business requirements and create a functional design focusing on the impacted business processes and data flows.
- Performs functional configs and setups as per the functional design execute functional tests during acceptance testing or systems and integration testing.
- Lead the review of the solution with internal and external stakeholders including cross functional Architects Delivery and Business teams.
- Collaborate with QA team as they develop functional test strategy test plans and scripts that will validate completeness and correctness of implemented service changes.

Job Requirements
- Requires 10 12 years of information technology experience of which at least 6 8 years mainly in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations domain.
- Strong business partnership with proven track record of successfully driving cross functional initiatives and projects
- Experienced in Oracle Supply Chain Execution Cloud and Oracle EBS environments
- Good functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle Inventory Bill of Material MRP Costing Purchasing and Order Management
- Experience working in high tech industry with Contract Manufacturing exposure into ConfigureToOrder (CTO) products is preferred
- Any experience in handling Software License Management is a plus
- Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical decisionmaking skills
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment
- Experience working in a teamoriented collaborative environment
BSA OM & B2B
Job Requirements
- Requires 10 12 years of information technology experience of which at least 6 8 years mainly in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations domain.
- Strong business partnership with proven track record of successfully driving cross functional initiatives and projects
- Experienced in Oracle Supply Chain Execution Cloud and Oracle EBS environments
- Good functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle Inventory Bill of Material MRP Costing Purchasing and Order Management
- Must have experience working with B2B using RosettaNet protocol standard
- Experience working in high tech industry with Contract Manufacturing exposure into ConfigureToOrder (CTO) products is preferred
- Any experience in handling Software License Management is a plus

- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment

BSA PD/PDH
- Requires 10 12 years of information technology experience of which at least 6 8 years mainly in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations domain.
- Strong business partnership with proven track record of successfully driving cross functional initiatives and projects.
- Good functional and technical knowledge of product development and product data hub in supply chain integrating with cross functional modules and thirdparty integrations.
- Must have hands on experience working in Oracle Cloud PLM Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH) module.
- Ability to facilitate design discussions on product lifecycle and related orchestration processes (product creation change process maintenance BOM creation etc.)
- Gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Strong experience in design configuration and implementation of ERP solutions in Supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Perform Data Migration activities by creating data extracts data quality checks (deduping etc.) data profiling data transformations and data loads.
- Identify Design and develop various custom reports.
- Experience in performing various test activities including functional SIT and UAT.
- Experience in production cutover activities and performing go live validations and providing production support.
- Support project team delivery efforts on Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) engagements.
- Interface with multiple project teams and 3rd parties including partners contract manufacturers to manage / complete work in accordance with established budgets timeframes and quality standards.
- Experience with Agile PLM Data Relationship Management DRM is a plus.
- Experience working in high tech industry with Contract Manufacturing exposure to ConfigureToOrder (CTO) products is preferred.
