What you will be doing:
- Spearhead customercentric initiatives to elevate our clients SaaS offering within the Customer Experience team.
- Foster collaboration with diverse teams including product managers analysts engineers and QA experts on strategic roadmap and client projects.
- Lead the entire design journey from insightful research and prototyping to captivating UI and visual design.
- Dive deep into user research and competitive analysis to craft designs that resonate with users.
- Craft scalable customer experience solutions with an emphasis on usability and efficiency.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping a modular design pattern library for seamless experiences across platforms.
What you need:
- 5 years UX/UI design experience with a designrelated degree and a techdriven passion.
- Effective collaboration with engineering and QA teams translating requirements into product features.
- Proficient in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and Atomic design principles.
- Skilled in responsive interface design across mobile and web platforms.
- Committed to lean agile methodologies driving continuous design improvement and innovation.
