About the position






Requirements

Secondary school education supplemented by office training or related courses.
Bachelors Degree in business administration industrial engineering logistics accounting political sciences international relations or related discipline or relevant field is desirable.
Previous relevant work experience preferably in an international organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Outlook).
Sound knowledge of standard office procedures.
Strong client orientation and service approach.
Strong interpersonal communications and teamwork skills; courtesy tact and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people from different cultural and national backgrounds.
Welldeveloped skills in personal organization priority setting problemsolving and accuracy.
Excellent command of English and French both written and spoken.
Intermediate command of Spanish both written and spoken is an asset.



Benefits

Terms of employment

This is a locally recruited position based in Montpellier France. The position is level 5 on a scale of 14 levels with level 14 being the highest. The salary range starts from Euro 31180 per annum. All benefits are denominated and paid in EURO. The salary is exempt from French income tax (an internal taxation is applied). The remuneration package includes a competitive salary leave provisions medical and life insurance and noncontributory retirement plan. The contract will be for a period of one year subject to a probationary period of 6 months and is renewable subject to performance project needs and availability of funds. Please note this position is only open to citizens and residents of the European Union.

Citizens of EU countries and citizens of nonEU countries are individually responsible for compliance with requirements and formalities established by the national immigration law of the country where they stay and carry out their working activity.
