Job Description

With a strong presence in the global market we are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive growth in the Italian market.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Italy. You will lead a team of sales professionals foster a culture of high performance and establish strong relationships with key clients and partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles particularly in the Italian market.

The Role

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the Italian market.
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing product development and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform strategic decisionmaking.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles with a focus on the Italian market.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
