WRK Digital are partnered with a forward-thinking SaaS provider at the forefront of innovation across multiple sectors. They are embarking on an exciting expansion from their Leeds City Centre office and looking for a Lead Developer to lead the development team, working closely with the CTO.

As Lead Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the CTO to shape the product tech strategy
• Leading a dynamic onshore development team and recruiting a high-performing development team over the next couple of years.
• Driving agile development and continuous integration
• Managing technical testing for seamless releases
• Executing and overseeing the 2024 development roadmap
• Steering the product's technical direction
• Enhancing quality and security controls
• Achieving development KPIs and ensuring continuous success

As Lead Developer, you will have:

• A strong background as a Senior .Net Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in DevOps (AWS, Azure, Terraform, CI/CD, Containers, Linux)
• Expertise in mobile development (They use Xamarin & MAUI)
• Skills in .NET/C#, Angular 2X, PostgreSQL, Document DB (Mongo), OpenSearch, Redis, Firebase, Docker, Git
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Ideally team management or mentoring experience
