Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals social media and employee referrals
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates for further consideration
- Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the companys employer brand to attract top talent
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
