1. Assist in collecting organizing and analyzing performance data from various sources.
   
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
   
3. Conduct trend analysis to identify patterns anomalies and opportunities for optimization.
   
4. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders highlighting key insights and recommendations.
   
5. Support the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
   
6. Contribute to the refinement of performance measurement frameworks and methodologies.
   
7. Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to performance analysis.
   

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel statistical software (e.g. R Python) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
   
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
   
3. Detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
   
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
   
5. Prior experience or coursework in performance analysis business intelligence or related fields is preferred but not required
