Customer Service Rockstar - Virtual Assistant

Were seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. In this remote role youll wear many hats providing topnotch customer service while also contributing to our sales and marketing efforts.

Heres what youll do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone email and social media (desirable)
• Identify and research potential customers within our target market
• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking and online research
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Assist with project management tasks (desirable)
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content (desirable)

To be successful youll need:

• Native or advanced level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using various communication and project management tools
• A positive attitude a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed
