Location: Hybrid London/Remote 2 days per week in London

This role requires SC clearance and in future will require DV clearance. Upon joining Cloudscaler we will undertake SC clearance checks so you must be eligible to pass SC clearance and ideally DV clearance.

What we are looking for

We are looking for Cloud Architects with extensive Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) experience to work with our customers to improve their cloud security posture.

A Cloud engineering or architecture background is required for this role as along with identifying risks you will also need to be able to realise the controls that need to be put in place to mitigate said risks.

What you will be doing

You will be working closely with our customers to identify risks in their Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) and putting controls in place to mitigate these risks.

• Implementing new processes to ensure risks are mitigated
• Designing and providing governance over the delivery of significant workloads on the cloud ensuring they are compliant with policies
• Ensuring cloud controls are complaint with polices and regulations
• Championing a risk culture across the CCoE by providing specialist advice guidance overview and challenge
• Designing solutions to prevent detect and remediate key security risks that are present when using AWS
• Setting the technical standards that define what good looks like for all services and put checks in place to ensure their compliance
• Designing and delivering workloads using a wide range of AWS services including; AWS Organizations CloudTrail SecurityHub GuardDuty IAM and IAM Identity Center
