Tasks

The Senior Art Director will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the visual strategy for KOBIL. This role is exclusively dedicated to spearheading our creative initiatives encompassing the development of captivating visuals compelling videos and persuasive sales pitches along with the strategic enhancement of our creative portfolio. This concentration allows for a deep dive into the heart of our brands visual narrative empowering the creation of impactful and memorable content that aligns seamlessly with our companys ethos and strategic objectives. This position does not include team or client management responsibilities allowing for a concentrated focus on creative execution and brand development.

• Design and produce highquality creative visual content for various internal projects including marketing materials digital content sales pitches and corporate communications.
• Develop and maintain the visual identity of the company ensuring consistency across all platforms and media.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create compelling visuals and videos that effectively communicate our brands value and offerings.
• Stay abreast of design trends technologies and tools to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our creative outputs.
• Manage the creative process from concept to completion ensuring deadlines are met and outputs align with the companys strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of visual design work including digital print and video projects.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro) and Mac OS tools.
• Proficiency in Figma is also required.
• A strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and conceptual thinking skills with an attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
