Lykke operates a cryptocurrency exchange offers software as a service (SaaS) products and serves as a marketmaker and liquidity provider on multiple trading platforms. As we actively seek to expand our presence in the financial industry we are eager to welcome a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Specialist to join our team.

The Role:

As a Sales Specialist at Lykke you will play a crucial role in driving the companys revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients understanding their needs and effectively positioning Lykkes products and services to meet those needs. This position requires a proactive approach excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of financial markets especially in the realm of cryptocurrency blockchain and other emerging technologies.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients including institutional investors trading firms and other key players in the financial markets.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners understanding their requirements and ensuring their satisfaction with Lykkes offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Lykkes cryptocurrency exchange SaaS products and marketmaking services. Effectively communicate the value propositions to clients and address their inquiries.
  • Market Research: Stay uptodate with market trends competitor activities and emerging technologies in the financial industry to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the executive and finance teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product development marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless experience for clients.Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and client feedback to the management team.

Requirements

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in sales within the financial industry with a focus on cryptocurrency and emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets trading and investment strategies.
  • Familiarity with government tendering and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
