Tasks

• Actively growing a new team within the company and help to shape their future development
• Exploring the needs of your new employer (being able to deal with technical or tertiary positions; permanent positions/blockreleases/internships)
• Creating a recruitment strategy that aligns with the teams growth objective
• 360degree recruitment process from candidate search to prescreens selection and employment
• Assisting in the onboarding process
• Actively working on the employer branding and external presentation of the company
• Maintaining a strong pool of candidates and actively influencing employee satisfaction

Requirements

• You speak a native level of German and English fluently
• You hold a degree (Bachelors or Masters)
• You bring around 5 years of experience working in HR and Recruitment
• You know how to deal with different types of candidates ranging from fresh graduates to more senior profiles
• You like a good challenge and aim to score the best results daily
• You know how to work autonomously
• You are a dynamic curious and adaptable person
• You have a great sense of responsibility
