Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented Public Finance Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding municipal finance transactions while providing substantial opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic law firm environment.

  • Collaborate with governments underwriters and banks on various municipal finance transactions.
  • Provide expertise in municipal finance tax and securities law.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
  • Draft legal documents including bond documentation opinions and contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assume significant responsibility in managing projects and transactions.


Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Florida.
  • Three to five years of experience in public finance or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of municipal finance tax and securities law.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle a fastpaced work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Desire to take on significant responsibility and contribute to the firms success.
