Job Description

Overview:

The business development manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic relationships with potential clients. This position is essential for expanding the companys market presence increasing revenue and achieving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand customer base and achieve sales targets
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to key decisionmakers
  • Negotiating and closing business deals to meet revenue objectives
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and making adjustments as needed
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance and revenue projections
  • Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals
  • Driving continuous improvement in sales processes and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development

  • Indepth knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and competitive environment
  • Experience in managing and leading a highperforming sales team
