Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Proven experience in early childhood education
• Understanding of child development stages and milestones
• Knowledge of educational methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy in working with young children
• Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques
• Familiarity with educational technology and tools
