As a People Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent to enable growth. You will work closely with hiring managers divisional heads and the People Partner to understand recruitment needs support the development of recruitment strategies execute hiring plans and implement new attraction methods.
Responsibilities
1. Support hiring managers the People Partner and the wider business to understand recruitment needs develop hiring plans collaborate with stakeholders to understand diversity goals and coach/guide hiring managers for best recruitment practices.
2. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including social media platforms job boards networking events and referrals.
3. Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial discovery calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
6. Manage the candidate experience from application to contract issue ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process.
7. Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimise hiring processes including effectiveness of diversity attraction.
8. Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
9. Assist and contribute to employer branding initiatives including creating compelling and inclusive messaging to attract diverse talent in line with KOMI Groups tone of voice and culture.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist preferably within the social media industry.
2. An understanding of social media platforms and their role in recruitment.
3. Excellent sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
4. Exceptional communication interpersonal and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
6. Strong organisational attention to detail and creativity skills.
7. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) job boards and other recruitment tools.
