Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and receive instructions/guidance from Brand Managers/Owners on brand direction.
  • Onboard train engage and assist new recruits & VIP Account Managers to optimize departmental best practices.
  • Overall accountability and responsibility for VIP Account Managers knowledge levels.
  • Collaborate between departments to ensure relevant uptodate and correct information is transferred to VIP CS Team
  • Provide highquality technical assistance to VIP Account Managers ensuring accurate information and satisfactory customer query/complaints resolutions.
  • Present monthly progress and status reports to the Direct Line Manager.
  • Update the knowledge base with the latest procedures.
