Key Responsibilities:
CRM Leadership:
- Lead all CRM retention marketing initiatives
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Implement effective customer journey and lifecycle campaigns
- Execute segmented campaigns to manage customer retention and churn
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to maintain brand consistency and optimize content
Games of Chance:
- Be responsible for GoC portfolio performance and revenue stream maximizing profitability and ensuring product serveskey markets and customer segments.
- Monitoring all the revenuestreams and adjusting as necessary.
- Manage and optimize games portfolio
- Establishing relationships with game providers overseeing the integration of new providers
- Planning GoC revenue bonuses and key performance metrics for upcoming periods overseeingKPIs fulfillment and adjusting strategy and execution plan accordingly
- Improving and leading the overall casino customer experience ensuring a smooth speedyand efficient customer journey
- Monitor the market and competition analyze opportunities provide competitive analysisstrategies and tactics
- Generating new product ideas and features and assisting with their implementation onsite
- Stay wellconnected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into theproduct development and enhancement cycle
Data and Business Intelligence (BI):
- Manage KPIs and core metrics across all business domains
- Develop a comprehensive BI reporting system
- Oversee data processing and analytics
- Implement machine learning strategies for improved customer segmentation and personalization
General Duties:
- Resolve crossfunctional issues in marketing and sales
- Participate in contract negotiations and team building
- Identify recruit build up the team and train talent
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a CRO/COO/Head of Product/Head of Sales in the gambling industry.
- Experience of significant growth of the companys revenue due to your strategy confirmed by successful cases.
- Experience with overseas markets (the EU Australia Canada Scandinavian countries).
- Experience in leading and building teams with a highperformance culture scaling and improving operations to enhance the customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through analytics research hypothesis validation and business development techniques.
- Strong understanding of online consumers behavior and analytics.
- Ability to simultaneously manage and execute multiple teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong in organizational planning and development; proven leader and manager with an innate ability to hire and inspire strong people.
- Clear repeatable and consistent operating framework.
- Excellent communicative skills.
- Upperintermediate English is a must.
