Your tasks:

• Attracting new partners. Communicating building longterm relationships;
• Develop manage and optimize affiliate campaigns;
• Be responsible for partners budgets;
• Monitor partner activities and performance including transaction checks (fraud risk unusual activities);
• Participate in affiliate marketing online/offline events.

Your background:

• 2 years experience in affiliate marketing;
• Deep understanding of the online dating vertical;
• Experience in building large affiliate networks;
• Knowledge of traffic sources payment models (CPA) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);
• Upperintermediate English level;
• Focus on results and strong ambitions for success.
