About the role
Achieve is seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our digital assets. You will be responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance our websites visibility improve rankings on major search engines and contribute to the overall success of our digital marketing efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth and expansion of keywords opportunities
Analyze and prioritize keywords based on relevance search volume and competition.
2. OnPage Optimization:
Optimize website content landing pages meta tags and other onpage elements for improved search engine visibility.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new content.
3. Technical SEO:
Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues.
Implement and manage technical SEO enhancements including site speed optimization and mobile optimization.
4. Link Building:
Develop and execute effective linkbuilding strategies to enhance the websites authority.
Identify and pursue quality backlink opportunities through outreach and relationship building.
5.Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics Search Console and other SEO software.
Prepare regular audits and reports showcasing key performance metrics and insights.
Continuously check search terms and monitor website performance for improvement.
6. Stay Updated on SEO Trends:
Stay informed about industry trends algorithm updates and emerging SEO technologies.
Implement new strategies to adapt to evolving search engine algorithms.
7. Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including content creators developers and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.
Provide SEO guidance and support for various projects and campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role preferably in a midlevel position.
Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices website analytics search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush Ahrefs Moz Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Execute tests collect and analyze data and results identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Recommend changes to website architecture content link building and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams across the globe.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies.

Requirements and skills Bachelor s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field. 5 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy. Experience using analytics software, an understanding of SEO and unique algorithms of each platform. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist Excellent creativity, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Some knowledge of web design, web development, and CRO. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Job Details: Type: Selected candidate will have to work full-time Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business day. Remote: 100% Online Compensation: 45k to 70k, depending on skill and experience
