Sales Retention Agent with Italian

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial broker brand that is looking to recruit a Italianspeaking Sales Retention Agent for their office in Athens.

Position: Sales retention Agent

Location: Athens Greece (onsite)

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the companys products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into longlasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Italian both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous experience inForex & CFD Industry is mandatory preferably in sales
• Residence in Athens
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objectionhandling skills
• Drive for sales and ability to achieve
