Job Description
Working days and working time : Time: 10AM to 7PM
Working Days Monday Saturday second Saturday till 4PM and Third Saturday Holiday.
Interview Mode: Face to face
Job role (Responsibility)
- Coordinating with International Customers and various dept. within the organization to fulfil customer queries
- Satisfy all queries coming from Customer/within organization because he 1 point contact between the both.
- Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products.
- Follow up with sampling production and logistic dept. to get the sample/production delivered on time.
