Job Description
Fill out Job Order form as instructed
Draft job content for posting
Conduct job postings on company website and other job boards
Manage all of job postings across all company job boards
Keeps track of the total number of all the applications received across all job boards
Conduct background checks for endorsed candidates
Set up and facilitate client interviews for candidates
Coordinate with candidates and clients as instructed
Collate and coordinate numbers from the Recruitment Specialists for reports
Weekly and Monthly Report
Proven recruitment assistant experience, including client management Excellent email communication skills as well as verbal communication Ability to handle stressful situations and work within specific time constraints Previous work experience using Zoho Recruit or similar applicant tracking system (ATS) Hard worker that values performance + success and also has a great sense of humor
