Job Description

Position: #111831 Inside Sales Representative

Duration: 3 months with potential extension

Location: 222 S Riverside Plaza Chicago IL; Hybrid to Chicago office

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr W2

Purpose and Key Job Activities
The Inside Sales Representative secures new business by selling scheduled and purged Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Service Solutions. In this role you will be responsible for growing revenue and profitability while meeting or exceeding established annual goals.

The Responsibilities
  • Plan and target Call Blocks to action preloaded leads throughout the week to demonstrate our capabilities in Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Solutions. Team member must build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prospecting and business development skills to achieve new business goals and selling scheduled or purge Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Service Solutions (Including OSHA and HIPAA). Team Members must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of products and services as well as the value proposition for customers.
  • Resultoriented with a sense of urgency
  • Builds and sustains strong trusting relationships with new customers.
  • Motivated by success
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education & Experience
  • Postsecondary education major in business sales and marketing preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 35 years of sales experience in businesstobusiness sales.
  • Have a consultative sales approach
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Selfstarter attitude driven and motivated.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products and strong internet skills.
  • Ability to sit for up to eight (8) hours per day.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer.
  • Ability to talk regularly over the phone with customers and coworkers up to eight (8) hours per day
