4. Utilize your strong working knowledge across all Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Service modules to deliver comprehensive solutions.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
6. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
7. Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies to incorporate industry best practices into project deliverables.

1. 6 to 12 years of development experience with full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
2. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 with a strong focus on the Customer Service modules.
3. Expertise in .Net development and .Net PCF control.
4. Familiarity with Fluent API for Dynamics 365.
5. Strong proficiency in React JS for frontend development.
6. Proven experience in designing userfriendly screens to improve usability.
7. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
8. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
