GERMAN - Customer Support Agents

As a consulting service provider for the German fitness and leisure market we want to achieve a sustainable impact. You will be helping our fitness clients navigate our online system from the Portuguese island of Funchal.

Tasks

• Utilize general MS Office knowledge and adaptability to familiarize yourself with our CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer care addressing inquiries in both spoken and written German (Minimum B2) with English as an advantage.
• Work 8 hours a day with shifts from 7.00 16.00 or 12:30 21:30
• Occasionall extra hours during weekends and holidays compensated at 200% of the regular salary.
• 8week training period

Requirements

• Knowledge of spoken and written German (Minimum B2)
• English
• EU passport holder
