Position: Cable Loom Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fabricate cable looms according to engineering specifications and industry standards.
• Interpret technical drawings wiring diagrams and work instructions to accurately complete cable assemblies.
• Safely and effectively use a variety of tools including wire strippers crimpers heat guns and soldering equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications identifying and rectifying any defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow established production schedules and meet assigned deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support in troubleshooting and problemsolving activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives suggesting process enhancements to optimize productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cable assembly or a related production role is highly desirable.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings wiring diagrams and work instructions.
• Solid understanding of cable types connectors and industrystandard practices.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in cable assembly such as wire strippers crimpers heat guns and soldering equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities to meet production deadlines.
