Due to increasing demand we are now actively seeking qualified freelance attorneys in the area of First Party Property Defense.

Types of work may include research drafting and general assistance with managing files to completion.

Requirements:

Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida

Minimum of 5 years in practice

Minimum 5 years of insurance defense mainly First Party Property preferably working with Citizens Property Insurance Claims.

Strong research and writing skills

Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized

Selfstarter and able to work independently

Job Types: Parttime Contract

Salary: $70 per hour

Requirements

Requirements:

Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida

Minimum of 5 years in practice solo practitioners welcome

Minimum 5 years of First Party Insurance Defense Insurance Defense preferably working with Citizens Property Insurance claims

Strong research and writing skills

Familiar with the Florida Court System in Volusia Orange and Seminole Counties

Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized

Selfstarter and able to work independently

Job Types: Parttime Contract

Salary: $70.00 per hour to cover in person hearings and handling around 20 cases
