Roles and responsibilities:
As an Oracle Fusion CX Consultant you will play a pivotal role in implementing customizing and optimizing Oracle Fusion Customer Experience (CX) applications to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities include configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion CX modules such as Sales Service Marketing and Commerce to align with clients CRM strategies and objectives. Youll conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions to gain a deep understanding of their business processes customer interactions and pain points designing and implementing tailored solutions to address client requirements. Providing expertise in CRM best practices youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion CX with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and reporting. Additionally youll lead enduser training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively utilize Oracle Fusion CX applications offering ongoing support and maintenance postimplementation.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Information Systems or related field.
610 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion CX applications including Sales Service Marketing and Commerce modules.
Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices with handson experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion CX to meet business requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.
Oracle certifications (e.g. Oracle Customer Experience Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
