• Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract
  
• Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 10:00 am 7:00 pm EST
  
• Work Setup: Permanent WFH
  

• Maintain General Ledger Balance Sheets and P&Ls.
  
• Process daily accounts payable invoices utilizing Quickbooks / BuilderTrend / Buildium / Tenant Cloud.
  
• Track expenses per project verifying against major contracts.
  
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards monthly for each project.
  
• Assist with quarterly and yearend financial reporting.
  
• Support loan draw requests and prepare cost certifications for projects.
  

• Quickbooks experience is a musthave.
  
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel.
