Financial Analyst

Annualized Compensation: $90000 $115000
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. This individual will be responsible for conducting financial analysis modeling forecasting and reporting activities to inform strategic decisionmaking and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background excellent communication skills and a proven track record of driving financial performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support business decisionmaking. Prepare monthly quarterly and annual reports on financial performance including variances to budget forecasts and historical performance.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes working closely with various departments to gather inputs and align financial plans with business strategies.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing financial insights and analysis on market trends business opportunities and potential risks.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation planning and forecasting activities.
Cost Analysis and Optimization: Identify costsaving and profitmaximizing opportunities by analyzing financial data and business processes.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Implement financial controls to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. Master s degree or professional certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis planning and forecasting.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a high level of accuracy in financial modeling and analysis.
Proficient in financial software and systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Hyperion) as well as MS Office Suite especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and persuasive manner.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage projects effectively.
