We are looking for a creative dynamic and highly skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is proactive selfmotivated and inspirational with a solid understanding of visual and graphic design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves visually across an ecosystem that fits well with the brand persona and guidelines anchored on driving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities


Spearheading our digital design initiatives ensuring our website social media and digital ads are visually captivating.

Staying attuned to the latest digital design trends and technologies seamlessly integrating them into our brand narrative.

Create PSD for website pages and landing pages

Create brand guide for company

Expertly managing multiple projects delivering each with creativity and punctuality.

Cultivating and maintaining our digital brand identity ensuring it sparkles across all online platforms.

Collaborating with our marketing team to produce digital marketing materials that truly stand out.

Working alongside web developers to create stunning design with userfriendly functionality.

Mentoring junior designers nurturing their growth in the digital design landscape.




Requirements

Boasting 1 years in digital design with a portfolio that dazzles.

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite Figma and other UI/UX design tools.

A keen follower of the latest in digital design.

Holding a degree in Graphic Design Digital Media or a related field.

Possessing communication skills that would impress

A collaborative soul who thrives in a team environment

Requirements: - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience will be preferred. - Strong ability to document processes, create training materials, and utilize flowcharts effectively. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Prior experience with CRM and calling tools is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to provide technical assistance and support. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop clear and informative training materials. - No specific process design methodology required, but the candidate should be proficient in using project management tools.
