Our client a whiteglove thirdparty service provider that is integral in the construction & development process seeks an experienced Client Support Specialist to join their growing entrepreneurial team.
The Client Support Specialist works closely with the Draw Specialist team overseeing the successful download & storage of individual client draw requests. They are responsible for setting construction budgets in the internal accounting platform and then creating & tracking individual draw requests through a project management tool.
The ideal Client Support Specialist candidate is highly organized detailoriented and has a knack for providing exceptional client service.
This is an onsite role in a beautiful wellappointed office in Old Town Pasadena near public transit.
A day in the life of a successful Client Support Specialist includes but is not limited to:
- Monitoring the companys client portal for client questions & new construction draw requests
- Leveraging technology to download & manage draw request files and following up with clients for missing information or incomplete documentation
- Keeping an eye on the Teams draw request pipeline and following up with internal/external parties to ensure the process is streamlined
- Reviewing client communication documents and draw requests for accuracy and compliance with borrower guidelines
- Collaborating with company leaders in the execution of special projects new programs and adhoc requests as needed
Requirements
The ideal Client Support Specialist candidate possesses the following skills & experience:
- 1 years experience in a similarly highly detailoriented administrative role ideally in a professional office/client services environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills adept at quickly and professionally responding to all levels of professionals
- Able to assimilate new concepts quickly learn new software and adapt to new processes & procedures
- Technologicallysavvy with a mastery of Adobe Acrobat DC Microsoft 365 (excel word PowerPoint OneDrive) Project Management Tools (Trello Asana etc.) and other software platforms
- Strong work ethic attention to detail and resourcefulness capable of working well independently and as a member of a crossdisciplinary team
- Associate or bachelors degree from an accredited institution is highly preferred or equivalent relevant working experience required
