Sales Manager
Bradley Stoke
£30000 base salary
OTE £40k (uncapped pooled commission)
08.45 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. 1 in 2 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
We are an independently owned estate agency who have been offering sales lettings & property management services to people in the South West for over 150 years. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven individual to join our Bradley Stoke Team as Sales Manager who has a sound knowledge of the sales industry and experience in leading a team. Must be able to demonstrate leadership tenacity and competitiveness along with enthusiasm and willingness to coach and develop the same in others. Will also demonstrate the ability to expand and develop the role and add value to the office and company.

- Oversee the daily management of an experience sales team
- Value and take instructions on properties for sale
- Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
- Report weekly figures
- Conduct quarterly onetoones with all team members
- Maintaining good working practices and relationships
- Generate new business opportunities.
