Job Description
Title: Site Reliability Engineer
Location: Anywhere in Latin America (including Mexico)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical knowledge experience to improve applications performance capacity benchmarking improve availability and reliability design and evolve cloud/infrastructure architecture and leverage engineering solutions to solve operational problems. Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.

Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
Improve reliability quality and timetomarket of our suite of software solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Development: Write clean and modular code for Magentobased applications custom modules and extensions ensuring highquality solutions.
2. Mirakl Integration: Implement and customize Mirakl integration features including data synchronization order processing and seamless communication between Magento and Mirakl.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including architects designers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
4. Customization: Customize Magento themes and templates to meet specific business requirements ensuring a consistent and visually appealing user experience.
5. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of developed modules and features to ensure functionality performance and security.
6. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Magento and Mirakl integration providing support to resolve production issues.
7. Documentation: Prepare technical documentation for code modules and integration processes.
8. Analysis: Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and proactive fault finding
9. Performance: Measure and optimize system performance with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward getting ahead of customer needs and innovating for continual improvement
10. Support: Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple largescale distributed software applications
11. Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
12. Balance feature development speed and reliability with welldefined servicelevel objectives
13. Collaborate with Adobe Commerce cloud Customer support engineer and customer support manager to resolve environment issues document the learnings.
14. Keeping all stakeholders updated about the issue progress RCA and best practices to avoid these issues in future.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Magento Developer with a focus on ecommerce solutions.
2. Familiarity with Mirakl marketplace integration and experience working with Mirakl APIs.
3. Proficient in PHP MySQL HTML CSS and JavaScript/jQuery.
4. Experience with version control systems (Git) build tools and deployment pipelines.
5. Strong understanding of Magento architecture best practices and customization techniques.
6. Knowledge of web standards performance optimization and security best practices.
7. Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
8. Problemsolving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
9. Developing and maintain the system and its services.
10. Automating the deployment process ensuring system scaling investigating and resolving outdates
11. identifying and implementing preventive measures proactively
12. A Site Reliability Engineer can expect to spend time fixing support escalation cases.
13. Conducting postincident reviews
14. Continuous improvement of people processes and technology within any organization
15. The ultimate goal of reliability engineering is to minimize downtime and ensure that the system is available for use when needed.
