Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough project feasibility analyses to assess viability and potential success.
- Determine optimal sales pricing strategies for residential properties to maximize profitability.
- Analyze and understand business models for diverse real estate projects including residential commercial retail and hospitality.
- Estimate project costs create detailed budgets and actively manage and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generate budget reports and Management Information System (MIS) reports for effective decisionmaking.
- Develop and deliver compelling business and investor presentations to showcase project details and attract potential stakeholders.
Qualifications
1. Logical Thinking:
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and make wellinformed decisions based on analysis.
2. Advanced Excel Proficiency:
- Strong skills in utilizing advanced Excel functions for data analysis financial modeling and reporting.
3. Analytical Skills:
- Excellent analytical capabilities to dissect complex data and derive meaningful insights.
4. Basic Civil Engineering Knowledge:
- Fundamental understanding of civil engineering principles particularly as they relate to real estate development.
5. Experience in G1 Structure:
- Previous handson experience in projects involving ground plus one (G1) structures.
6. AutoCAD Proficiency:
- Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to perform tasks such as making Plines verifying areas adding dimensions hatching plotting and printing.
7. Excellent Presentation Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey project details and engage stakeholders.
