This is a remote position.

Permanent Business Analyst


Salary: £37400
Full Time: 40 hrs per week Monday Friday
Location: Hybrid with travel to client sites when required

The Role



We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team of permanent project professionals who are responsible for delivering project and programme management services to our everincreasing client base. We also have a varied portfolio of internal change that we need to deliver which ranges from organisational design systems implementation data and process improvements (including a focus on automation) and regulatory compliance.


You may be assigned to one project or work across multiple projects in line with business priorities. Whatever you are responsible for you will be working with one of our amazing Project Managers as well as business colleagues in our BAU teams most of which are change professionals too!


You ll be supported in your career development and have the opportunity for exposure to a variety of projects to gain a wealth of experience as a BA. Your Mission

Requirements



Essential Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience of the full project lifecycle
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements creating user stories and designing process workflows.
  • Experience of process design and mapping
  • Knowledge and experience of both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Able to hold your own with experience of facilitating workshops
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of translating technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fastpaced dynamic environments and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on delivering highquality outcomes for clients
  • Superb organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask
  • High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS365 including Excel Teams Word and PowerPoint
  • Creativity and energy to learn


Desirable experience


  • Experience of working on automation projects
  • Experience of using Miro
  • Experience of working in Financial Services
  • Experience of using Visio and or similar process mapping tools
