About You:
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter specializing in the Energy & Renewable Resources sector.
- Indepth knowledge of the energy industry renewable resources technologies and market trends.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- You work as a freelancer.
The Job:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the energy and renewable resources sector.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media networking and industry events.
- Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process including interview preparation and offer negotiation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and best practices in recruitment for the energy and renewable resources sector.
