Our confidential client has an immediate need for a
Benefits Director to work onsite directing the daytoday work of the benefits team.
Position Summary: Responsible for the administration of all benefit plans. Implements new benefit programs as well as plan changes. Manages all vendor relationships.
Responsibilities: - Develops plans and oversees the administration of all health and welfare plans.
- Oversees administration of retirement plan.
- Recommends enhancements and/or new benefit offerings based on market trends.
- Manages all vendor and consulting relationships.
- Tracks and performs financial analysis of health plan performance
- Ensures compliance of all benefit plans.
- Responsible for developing the strategic plan for employee benefits.
Required: - Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experience required.
- 7 10 years of benefits administation experience required.
- Experience managing an employer sponsored (selfinsured a plus) health and welfare plan and a qualified defined contribution retirement plan.
- Applicable professional certifications a plus (CEBS).
