Job Description: Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and job candidates
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
- Assist with general inquiries and problemsolving
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Ensure client and candidate satisfaction with our services
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
Desired Experience:
- 13 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
- Familiarity with recruiting or job promotion is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Job Type: Fulltime
- Maximum Experience: 3 years
- Salary Type: Annual
- Currency: Pesos (Php Philippines)
- Minimum Salary: 20000 Php
- Maximum Salary: 30000 Php
