The resource should have
Strong understanding of Kinaxis
In the solutions space (able to solve problems or find the solution on his/her own)
Strong training background (need to train other team members as well as users)
Experience in writing and deploying training programs
Assist with minor deployments or small fixes
Sustain the Kinaxis solution
Biotech background is a big plus
Preferably onsite or at least able to work EST and PST hours.
