QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with all aspects of Opentext xPression and Exstream Dialogues including installation configuration code development customization and implementation.
• Experience in creating various types of templates such as letters statements bills yearend statements tax forms and email notifications.
• Familiarity with requirements analysis design specifications development and testing of Dialogue.
• Proficiency in coding and/or application components and translating functional specifications into technical specifications.
• Indepth knowledge of page components such as text boxes tables logos pictures and headers.
• Efficient troubleshooting and support for functional and productrelated issues including writing test plans and preparing test cases.
• Experience with 508 compliances.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management.
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university required; an additional four years of related work experience can substitute for a degree.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience required
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated high commitment to quality
• Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Experience in planning and accomplishing goals and complicated tasks and providing consultation on complex projects as a toplevel contributor or specialist
