Davenport And New Britain Machine Operator

Gem Care Inc. is seeking an experienced Davenport or New Britain Machine Operator for a client in Hardin Valley. Candidates that have at least five years of experience operating and setting up multispindle machinery will be considered for this role.

• Operate and set up machines
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and regular maintenance of tooling
• Check production output according to specifications and programs
• Submit reports on performance and tooling changes
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements in our shop

Requirements :

• Proven experience in Production with MULTISPINDLE operation (5 TO 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Cam & gear driven in Multi.
• Organizational abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
• Problemsolving skills
• High School Diploma; Degree in a technical engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
• Blueprint reading
• MIKES AND CALIPERS: 5 years (Required)
• Multi Spindle lathe or equivalent: 5 years (Required)
