Medical Device Engineer I

The team helps ensure all components for THV new product development meet all of the requirements for product launch. This includes developing and implementing test methods on a component basis working with suppliers to validate component manufacturing processes and documenting and investigating any nonconformances that may occur on a component basis.

Person must haves:
Design experience data analysis (excel) engineering background (mechanical preferred)
systems: CAD software (Solidworks creo etc.) MiniTab Power BI
Onsite work highly collaborate team some labwork involved
Power BI experience prototyping experience in test method development
Study time motion methods and speed involved in maintenance production and other operations to establish standard production rate and improve efficiency.
Interpret engineering drawings schematic diagrams or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
Prepare charts graphs and diagrams to illustrate workflow routing floor layouts material handling and machine utilization.

Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in engineering required.
12 years experience required.
